In collaboration with the National Judicial College, I will be presenting an online training on dealing with difficult litigants and also wellness for Judges and their Staff for the State of Minnesota. Also we will be discussing handling difficult litigants and sovereign citizens.

About the event
This training is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of judicial officers and their staff. Secondary Trauma impacts everyone in the courtroom, and for too long, courthouse staff have been excluded from educational opportunities. Applause to the National Judicial College for incorporating the staff into this training!
Also, the administrative judges in the Minnesota Division of Human Services mostly deal with pro se litigants and there are issues related to difficult people and sovereign citizens. We will address best practices on how to deal with these litigants in a aise manner.
