About the event
Participants will learn how their values manifest at all levels of an organization, and will identify ways to support their organization to actualize its purpose.
During this session:
1) The participants will reflect on the importance of lived values in an organizational setting,
2) The participants will honestly assess their intention and motivation for doing the work and the alignment of their belief systems with that of others in the organization.
3) The participants will learn to assess whether the organization is in alignment with the values and stated purpose and how to begin the process of creating an even more authentic and supportive work environment.
