On February 25, 2025, I had the pleasure to once again appear on this show that is hosted by Frank Sinclair and Lisa Sinnott. They provide a platform for people to share what they are doing in their respective communities. I truly appreciated the depth of the conversation balanced by an great sense of humor which took the edge off but did not detract from the message. As we deal with situations in life, we learn the tools which allow us to better deal witht eh challenges in life. There will be challenges! We are humans who live through a variety of experience, but as we learn to better access our inherent wisdom instead of relying on raw emotions, we come through these times much stronger in character and more healed in our minds and hearts.
